MVP DEVELOPMENT
MVP development: the first working version
You only find out whether an idea holds once people use it. Altun Core takes one core flow, makes it work end to end and puts it live; what comes next is planned from what real usage shows.
Technologies used
- Next.js
- React
- TypeScript
- PostgreSQL
- Tailwind CSS
No version numbers are listed here; every project starts on the current stable release.
Who it is for
For founders with a clear idea and a date by which it has to be validated.
- 01Early-stage founders turning a product into software for the first time
- 02Anyone working to a fixed date: an investor meeting, a demo day, a season opening
- 03Anyone who wants to test an assumption by letting people use it, not by describing it
If the scope is open-ended and the timeline undefined, this is not the right starting point.
Scope: what is included
A defined scope, one core flow, and a version that is actually live.
- 01Product architecture and data model
- 02One core flow working end to end
- 03Sign-up and login
- 04A database working with real data
- 05A clear, user-focused interface
- 06Integration with third-party service APIs where needed
- 07Deployment and hand-over of the code repository
Timeline and hand-over
For an MVP with a defined scope, 3–6 weeks is the typical range. It is an estimate that moves with the scope, not a guarantee. On delivery, all source code, architectural documentation and design assets, together with the intellectual property, are transferred to you. There are no hidden license fees and no vendor lock-in; the code stands on its own.
What comes after
Once the first version is live, direction follows what users actually do. If it needs multiple users, subscriptions and payments, or an admin panel, the SaaS development page covers that step. That is the reason for starting on a modular, clean codebase: the second version should not have to be written from scratch.
Where is your idea today?
A short call is usually enough to settle scope and timeline. Write what you want to build, and which part belongs in the first version becomes clear together.
