Intellectual Property and Code Ownership
The intellectual property (IP) rights to all software, architecture documents and design assets developed and delivered by Altun Core belong 100% to the contracting client.
Confidentiality and Bilateral NDA
The ideas, system architectures and trade secrets you share with your inquiry are protected under a principle of mutual confidentiality.
A mutually binding Bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement is signed before the discovery call.
Scope of Service
Engineering deliverables, working milestones and post-delivery support terms are defined in the project contract signed by both parties.
